This interactive map uses the vast amounts of data Feeding America has on food insecurity across the United States. We wrote a custom API and developed this map allowing people to visually see where food insecurity exists. The map allows users to drill down into past years data, county-level insecurity, congressional district insecurity, and child or overall insecurities.

The map is used by Congresspeople, other representatives, and the general public to help identify trends, and find ways to fix the national food insecurity issues.
